For example BUSINESS plan (10 Virtual Tours), means you get a total of 10 active property tours at any given time and extra 30 inactive tours.
It's like having a garage with 10 parking spots, where you can park up to 10 cars. Same with your tours, you can host 10 tours (Active) at any given time. If one gets deleted or made Inactive, the spot becomes available for a new tour.
Remember that you DO NOT get 10 new virtual tours per month! 10 is a total of all tours you can have published at any given time.

How do I switch from a free to paid user?
You can become a paid user by signing up for a monthly or yearly plan. Our monthly plans start from as little as AUD $19.95 per month, cancel anytime. Go to your Account and to Billing. Pick the desired plan and follow the instructions.
What payment methods do you offer?
Our payments are processed through PayPal. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to make PayPal payments.
How do I upgrade between plans?
At any time, you can upgrade your plan according to your needs. Go to your Account and to Billing. Pick the new plan and follow the instructions. Your new plan will start immediately. Payment for your old plan will not be refunded.
How do I downgrade between plans?
To downgrade between plans go to your Account and later to Billing. Click on the new plan. Follow the instructions for check out. You will not be able to downgrade to a lower plan if your tours or panoramas exceed the limit for the new plan.You need to first adjust the number of tours and/or panoramas before downgrading.
Your next recurring payments will start after the current billing period finishes. Payment for the current billing period will not be refunded.
