So, my name is Tina Nenadic and I am a principal of Gold Coast Property Sales and Rentals. We use virtual tours for marketing our properties, so it’s selling, renting properties for BDM, and just obtaining any future business. The benefit of the virtual tour that we’ve got with, you know, representing our properties.

First of all, it’s easier for people to get engaged, and they get a feel of like they are inside the property. So they get a feel of seeing what the property looks like on the outside, and inside the floor plan flow as well. As well with property management, we get to see, basically, it captures the property, inside and outside, and then it gives us little detail so that we can take more specific photos of it, but it saves us time when we do entry and exhibit reports as well.

Basically, we use virtual tours for entry condition reports. It gives us the opportunity to video record the whole property, and then we just go with the photos. When we take photos, we take photos into take more detail, obviously, butvirtual tour gives us the overall look of the property. There’s not a lot of people using it. We wanted to be the first one that will start and set us a path from others before they all start obviously joining in and, you know, using it, and also trying to get our properties sustained out in a way that people will actually engage with properties and stick to our properties a lot longer than just say other properties.

Definitely! Using the systems and using the cameras. It’s very easy. It’s very quick, very, very simple. I think anyone can do it. No, I definitely think the quality is very, very good. It’s actually excellent. I looked at some of the other virtual tours and a lot of the others made me feel dizzy as I was walking through the property. And then it was hard to follow the prop where virtual tours, I find it very easy from my perspective and I always try to put myself into a client’s shoes and see how I’m going to feel about it because I like simple and easy things. I don’t like complicating all of the clients, whether they are sellers, whether they’re buyers, whether they’re tenants. They find it very easy and they find it, especially with tenants. The response that we’ve got from our tenants is that it actually gives them the feel that they are at the property, and it makes their decision to apply for the property a lot easier and looks quicker. So, I know that anything that comes new in the technology, everyone else will slowly start jumping on.

So quite happy these days that we, there’s not a lot.
