Insta360 One R keeps turning off

 

Hey guys, this is Tom from VTC. I know this camera is driving you crazy because it keeps turning itself off or doesn’t want to connect and it’s asking you about the Bluetooth connection. So, now I’ll show you quickly three things you have to change before you get it going. Okay?

So turn on the camera and then use this touch screen. Okay? You put your finger on top of it and you scroll down. It’s gonna open up the settings. You scroll to the right and there’s a setting cock. Click on that. Now, first of all, we’re gonna go to general and we’re gonna turn off the auto power. So after three minutes, five, 10, go, never. Yeah, so not 15 or how many you want, and then never. That’s one. Let’s go back. Now the second one will be our Bluetooth wake-up. We have to turn it on. If it is off, turn it on. Okay, that’s two things. And the third one, we go back to general and we just have to turn off the screen auto sleep. So go never back. And during recording, turn it off and that’s it. Those three or four things will make sure that the camera is not turning itself off.
